At Gentle Ears by Moe, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide sufficient notice, as there are often patients on waiting lists who require urgent care.
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations can result in unused clinical time and ongoing operational costs. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a £20 cancellation fee.
- Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in being charged the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
